New Beer Distributors, New York 50cl ($5.50): Pour misty orange with slightly off-white head. Aroma is vinegar, funk. Basically, it smells like a good sour ale. Unfortunately, the taste does not follow suit. It seems like there was a good sour here, but it got watered down. The bite is far too attenuated, and there is nothing else that the beer really has going for it, aside of being a weak sour.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, over ripe fruits, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle. Amber olour with a white head, moderate lasting and medium lacing. Aroma has citrus notes, wood, light hoppy and vinegar notes. Flavor is slightly apple, notes of grapes and bretts, sour and acidic notes with a good presence, traces of barrels are hoghly present. The final is sourish and bittery with a medium to long duration.

Bottle shared by me at 5K/10K/4K tasting at my place. Pours amber gold with white head. Nose and taste of grape musk, grain, barley, lightly soured fruit and pear. Taste is more barley/grain with a little grape musk and pear. Not much sourness. Lighter than medium body.

Bottle. Pours with a hazed golden hued body with a small white head. Aromas are of peaches, nectarine, stone fruit, musty cobwebs, mineral, earthy, lightly candied. Flavors are bitter, tannic, lightly sour (more mildly tart), grainy, a bit waxy. Very tannic with medium carbonation.

50 cl bottle. Pours hazu orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light caramelish. Smooth malty, toasted malty and light grassy. Bitter, dry, light citric and grassy hoppy. Ends dry and bitter.
