Experimental West Coast IPA
Welcome to the Malice Palace, a weaponized Experimental WCIPA forged for those who are fans of awesome. Built on an unholy pile of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and the mysterious FWD Experimental 1176, this thing erupts with notes of mango nectar, crushed tangerine, sticky grand fir tips, and that deep, beautiful Mosaic dankness we all secretly want coating our souls.
Bright. Resinous. Loud as hell.
Soft tropical fruit up front before the pine and citrus claws drag you somewhere wonderfully irresponsible. At 7.8% ABV, Malice Palace drinks dangerously smooth for something clearly designed by chaos goblins with advanced brewing equipment.

On tap at McKay’s Taphouse, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out big tropical fruity hops, some pine, and light citrus. Flavour is bright, showcasing the Mosaic beautifully, with piney, semi-tropical hops, a hint of dankness, and a dry biscuity malt finish. Not sure what the experimental hops do, but this is just a great Mosaic showcasing. Excellent.
