ZEN is a Saison created with locally grown fresh & dried lavender with a hint of lemon from our hops.
This beer is literally UNrepeatable. Everything that could go wrong did from beginning to end of the process. We had written it off as a fail but the beer gods were with us in the end and it turned out great. And still can not be made exactly the same EVER again.
Truly one for the LBC history books. Low ALC at 4%. Session beer. Light, fragrant and a hint of tart.

Smell of flowers. Hazy golden colour, short white head. Aroma of earth, floral notes, some malty backbone. Lively carbon. Lightly bitter. Meh.
