Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours an amber with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of date and fig notes with sweet grains and Belgian candied sugars. Flavor has sweet grains and dates with fig and Belgian candied sugars that grow through the finish.
