A blend of two different Imperial Stouts brewed in December of 2022.
Aged for 2.5 years in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels, then blended. Our longest aged spirit barrel blend to date!
Super smooth. Notes of chocolate & coffee, touches of vanilla, plenty of bourbon, and a fun little cola note at the end. Tons of complexity for a blend that is just beers, barrels, and time.
No adjuncts needed here.
