When we heard our mate Christian from @bearwoodbrewing in the UK was going to be in the country the other month, we hit him up to swing past and make a beer. His only condition was that it uses Peacharine, and well, how could we refuse.
The recipe we settled on was initially a hazy DIPA, but as you'll see, the day took a turn and the DIPA decided it actually wanted to be a TIPA, hence On The Spot was born. With a dangerously well-hidden ABV, On The Spot is jammed full of Peacharine, Motueka, and Cashmere hops. We're getting big yellow peach, sweet citrus, and red fruit vibes off this one with a rounded bitter orange finish.

From a 440ml can on 19/7/2026. Pours a milky golden with a smallish head. The nose is a powerful combo of stone, tropical and citrus, which follows through on the sip - peach, nectarine, melon, lemon and orange, leading in to a moderate, tangy, lightly spicy, lingering bitterness. Has a pillowy mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Very smashable for the size. A complex and truly lovely fruit bomb.
