Smoked German Weissbier. Brewed with German Pilsner and beechwood smoked malt. Balanced with German Tettnanger and fermented with a German Hefeweizen yeast resulting in a spicy, herbal and smokey beer.

Draft at the source. Hazy yellow gold color. Aroma of berry bubblegum. Taste is sweet herbal candy bubblegum. Interesting.

Growler. Fruity smoked meat aroma. Amber with a moderate off-white head. Sweet fruity banana and smoked ham flavor. Light body. Banana and ham... who’da thunk? Makes me wonder if I’ve been doing my holiday ham all wrong. Tasty stuff!

Draft (growler). Banana/orange and smokey wheat malt aroma. Cloudy golden yellow color with large head. Sweet banana, smoked ham, and wheat malt flavor. Finishes a bit light. Really like this blending - very tasty. (Tasted again Oct 6 - less smoke and stronger weizen characteristics)
