Belgian blonde ale brewed with Pilsner, aromatic and wheat malt and crystal and Czech Saaz hops. We then added corriander and chamomile late in the boil and “dryhopped” with more chamomile for a floral, spicy and earthy flavor and aroma. Fermented with a Belgian yeast strain lending fruity and phenolic notes.

Draft at the source. Clear pale yellow, massive white head, delicate lacing. Aroma of my grandmother’s perfume. Taste is doftly herbal and floral. Easy to drink.

Tap at brewery. Musty Belgian yeast, light fruity chamomile aroma. Clear golden with a small white head. Funky Belgian yeast, sweet creamy malt flavor with a light chamomile finish. Medium creamy body.
