Hoosier daddy? Is it Eugene Debs, or Bob Knight? David Letterman or John Mellencamp? NABC unambiguously salutes all Hoosier daddies, wherever they are, whatever they do, and whomsoever they do it for, or to.

Bottle. Deep amber body. Frothy, off-white head. Aroma of vanilla, strawberry, leafy hops and canned green beans. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Strong grain, vegetable taste combined with a lingering bitterness. Like eating bitter green beans. Not a fan.

Draft at the source. Clear light amber color, small white head. Aroma of caramel and nutella on toast. Taste tesembles old time cream soda, but with better bslance, namely the kick of bitterness at the finish. Nice.

Bomber from Liz. Pours dark ruddy copper with a slight beige head. Aroma is light roast malt with some spicy hints. Med body. Flavor is red roast malt with the lactose seemingly present. There’s some definite bitter with the passage of the malt. Not sure - but might be citrus. Pretty tasty. Finishes moderately bitter, but sits the fence on dry.

Bottle. Toffee malt with vanilla and light pepper notes. Dark brown color with large tan head. Mildly sweet toffee malt and lightly bitter orange peel hops flavor. Nice body. Not your typical cream ale.
