Appearance: pink hazy color with a quarter finger of white foamy head which dissipated fairly nice and left some light concave lace
Aroma: plenty of sweet to tart guava notes with some salty accents and a lemony to slightly grapefruity undertone
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas to a salty and sweet and tart and super slightly sour tone; finishes juicy guava-like with an edge of salt balancing pretty nicely
Texture: light to medium bodied; somewhat sessionable; good carb level; I dig the level of smoothness in this as it seems a bit unusual/unexpected to me
Overall: yeah, I dig this fruited gose for the most part, more salt than many others I've had despite me wondering where the sour-ed wheat was.
