Our second ritual is a dense, obsidian-black imperial stout, aged patiently in bourbon barrels as darker forces unfold within the wood. This towering liquid presence moves through the senses with crushing notes of vanilla, cacao, burnt caramel, and espresso, drawn entirely from roasted malt and spirit-soaked oak. Only pure, unrelenting darkness shaped through barrel, time, and ritual.

From Alko Iso Omena. Smell of rye bread, spices. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, red wine, rye bread, toffee, brown sugar. Oak, vanilla and bourbon in finish. Soft carbon. Sweet. Slick texture. Intense but very balanced.

Smooth, roasty and heavy with coffee and barrel notes, some licorice, chocolate sauce, warming woody oakiness and caramel. Pretty intense slow sipper, perfect for this weather
