A blend of mixed culture saisons aged nearly two years in French foudres, then laid to rest on Pinot Blanc pomace from A Sunday in August’s natural wines on Salt Spring Island. Fermented with a specialty sourced blend of microorganisms, this one lives somewhere between farmhouse ale and white wine.
