On tap at La Binouze, Paris. Shared with petit Dina. Unclear golden, small off-white head. Aroma is moderately yeasty at first, moderately funky, slight sharp spices such as black pepper, slightly goaty and some bitter herbs. Texture is smooth, slightly creamy, soft carbonation. Flavour is yeasty and funky, a bit too sharp and slightly astringent, light, quite thin, finishes dry.
