Barrel-Aged Beer with Tayberries, Loganberries, Blueberries, and Raspberries
All the exaggerated berry taste of juice boxes and fruit gummies with the funk and nuance of a natty wine, this living fantasy finishes dry. Both in volume and varieties, there are so many berries in this beer it oughta be measured in bushels.

Poured from 750mL bottle (release 046; bottled Dec 2023). Purple-ish red with small pink head. Tons of jammy berry character, a bit of tart wild character, feint background oak.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark red with a small white head. Aroma is full of bright mixed berries—blueberries, raspberries, and no doubt the others—with lots of wild yeast, and some oak. Flavour is fairly tart and very jammy, with lots of sour raspberries, a touch of blueberry jam, pithiness, a touch of wild yeast, and a touch of oak. Not super complex, rather somewhat pithy and yet jammy. Pleasant.

750mL bottle. Pours murky dull mahagony with a white head. Lots of buggy berries, woody barrels, some must on the nose. Flavour has a medley of tart berries, some bugginess, woody. Tart and dry on the finish. Solid.
