On tap at Mez Beer, Paris. Shared with petit Dina. Dark brown to black, small beige head. Aroma is roasty, burnt, some chocolate, hints of dark fruit such as blackberry. A note of dark caramel, nuts and brown bread. Rustic roasty and burnt flavour. Intense roasted nuts and dark chocolate. Burnt toast in the finish, slightly astringent. Very little sweetness, finishes dry with a lasting burnt aftertaste.
