Give Me Liberty is a Double IPA that bursts with tropical hop saturation. A base of Citra brings forth notes of ruby red grapefruit, homemade orange juice popsicles, and sweet mango. We then added Liquid Galaxy hop extract from our friends at Yakima Chief Hops, which coats the palate with notes of pineapple candy, piney hop yards, and passionfruit.

Pours a hazy, banana-orange, with mid-sized head. Aroma is juicy citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors follow, with light underlying sweetness. Soft mouthfeel. Mild hop bitterness at the close. Really nice.
