For this international collab, the Lager legends at Wayfinder teamed up with Joel, owner of Brasserie de la Mule, a Belgian brewery specializing in traditional German-style beers. The duo crafted this Kellerbier with a base of Linc spelt and Belgian pilsner malt before balancing it with Mt. Hood Hops. And in proper Keller (“cellar”) fashion, they left it rustically unfiltered for a satisfyingly soft sip.
Tasting Notes
Coming from a collab of this caliber, the results are nothing shy of exquisite. Crisp currents of toasted cracker notes flow into vibrant lemongrass and a touch of melon on every swig. Floral flourishes swirl underneath with a hint of white pepper before a snappy finish that urges you in for another taste.
