Let’s jump right in… An 8 course hop feast worthy of the 8(+) years we’ve been open: Dolcita, Luminosa, Krush, Strata & Crosby Estate Comet with Nectaron + Nelson Sauvin, both from New Zealand. Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma is sweet grain forward with sweet citrus and some mango coming through. Flavor is similar with sweet citrus and sweet grains plus a bit of tropical fruits.
