5oz taster glass at the brewery. Poured a hazy yellow color with a small off-white head that dissipated quickly. Still not too sure about this one. The initial sip wasn’t really to my liking, enough that I had to set it down and stare at it. I got some spice character, some yeast character and something I can only really describe as bubblegum. Odd. Additional sips were better, but was hoping for a bit more rye and spice characters to come out in this one - it was a bit too odd wheat/yeast for my liking.

Draft. Hazy yellow color, white head. Aroma of spiced pumpernickel bread. Taste is is a bit odd, spiced raw bread dough.

Pours a hazy lemon color with a thin creamy head. Decent head retention. Aroma of bit rye notes, citrus and lemongrass. The taste is spicy rye, lemon and earthy notes. Medium bodied. Nice beer.
