Before this iteration of Sonder was bottled, it was dry-hopped with a small amount of New Zealand Motueka hops. Lemon and bright citrus aromatics float from the glass upon decanting, preserved by the tight, white head that forms from the natural carbonation. Sonder No. 5 is reminiscent of a Southern Hemisphere white wine - pungent grapes, freshly cut sward, and intense citrus with a balancing acidity.
