From old tasting notes. Amber orange color with a bubbly beige head. Fruity malt nose subtle malt flavor with a brief dry hop finish.

Poured into an English pint glass, the appearance was a semi-golden bronzed sort of copper color to it. Some transparency in it’s body and has a finger’s worth of white foamy to bubbly head. Quick dissipation. Sliding lace.
The aroma had some bready malts with citrus in the background.
The flavor takes the prior mentioned aromas and adds a dry woodiness to it. Nicely blended aftertaste with a smooth dry finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation. ABV felt right.
Overall, good for what it is, but didn’t exactly look like an amber, everything else seemed mostly on par. I’d have again.

Pours a gold from a bottle, white head with some lacing. Fruity aroma, kind of a nondescript melon apple maybe? Similar flavor, some bitterness, rather big mouthfeel. Okay beer.

Light brown gold SRM of 9 Cinnamon. Malts. Sugar. Caramel. It’s very weak on the nose. Very wheaty. Grassy and bland. Whatever really. There’s some nuttiness like almonds on the finish 50/50 carb. Light body. Bitter roasted finish 40/100. Ugh

Decent brownish copper pour. Ale is a very good "pub" beer. One of those that is tasty, but you don’t have to think about too much when hanging out with friends. Rated 3/16/03
