Crafted with 200kg of handpicked strawberry purée and 5kg of first flush ceremonial-grade Yabukita matcha, this elegant ale was cold steeped for one week to gently layer vibrant fruit character with the refined depth of premium Japanese tea.

Delicate aromas of fresh strawberries lead into soft notes of creamy matcha, finishing clean with a subtle touch of roasted chestnut and pistachio. Light-bodied, refreshing and beautifully balanced, it captures the quiet elegance of the season that inspired it.
