This pale ale uses Maris Otter malt, Mosaic hops, yeast, and water – that’s it. The simple ingredient list produces a crisp light-bodied, aromatic, well-balanced, and delicious summer drinker.

On tap at the source. Pours a fairly clear deep gold color with a small bubbly white head one top. Bready with light toast. Floral earthy citrus. Pretty nice beer.
