Hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Columbus Cryo, and Quantum Citra
This is our newest exploration into bitterness and finds its namesake in our desire for absolute flavor saturation. Clean bitterness up front, followed by a hit of resinous hop character that will overtake your pallet like creeping kudzu vines.
OVERGROWTH was brewed with pilsner malt and hopped with an absolute onslaught of hops in multiple forms (T90 pellets, Cryo, & concentrate hop oils). Tasting notes of the dankest nugs, tropical fruit, and a rich resinousness that is so deep you'll find yourself lost in the Pine Barrens.

On tap at Widowmaker - Brighton, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of allium, dank hops, and some woody, piney hops. Flavour is robust, with lots of woody piney hops, allium, and crisp, dry biscuity malt. Woody, piney, oniony finish. Good balance; I like the hop expression in part, minus the Citra. Very good.
