An exploration in elevated classics & refined dankness. For this split batch West Coast DIPA, we’ve gone down a fruitier route, introducing luscious peach and tropical notes. By using Nectaron, a New Zealand hop that delivers vibrant, fruit-forward flavours, we have paired these sweeter notes with the traditional resinous and crisp characteristics of the style. A touch of Centennial is also added for a floral and earthy balance, creating a unique fusion of classic and modern.

Appearance is golden, fairly clear, a 1-2 finger white clingy head. Aroma- malt, hops, citrus fruit hints, berry fruit, bit of apricot. Taste is malt, bitter hops, fruity berry and citrus notes, peppery hops, lots of bitter earthy maltiness at the end.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear golden body with a white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and orange. Flavour of tangerine and vinegar tomato. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Cloudwater brew very good west coast beers.
