Unfiltered Belgian-style IPA
The sun is high, the vibes are right, and Rozedag is back to help celebrate Pride! This year, we’ve made a Belgian-style IPA. It’s hopped with Styrian Golding, Aramis, and HBC 1019 for a nose of spice and vanilla with a touch of stone fruit buoyed with osmanthus flower. A bit of Sabro and Citra round it out, balancing the beer with citrus and resin notes.

On tap at Dageraad. Pours a murky yellow with a white head. Peppery Belgian yeast, a bit estery, and some Citra on the nose. Flavour has more of that Belgian yeast character, peppery, allium, some dry pine. Good, but a bit too yeasty on the palate.
