An Imperial Dessert Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels with Cacao, Cinnamon and Cayenne Pepper.
I can only ever catch glimpses of them, but they are there in my peripheral vision. They will get me if I make a mis-step. This imperial dessert stout was blended in the style of a spiced hot chocolate using organic fair trade cacao by Camino in Ottawa, grown by small-scale farmers in Peru and the Dominican Republic. We spiced it up with a pinch of cinnamon and cayenne pepper.

The cacao in this beer tends to settle to the bottom. To enjoy this beer with its intended mouthfeel, we recommend storing it upside-down and giving it a good shake
