As we pushed into the middle of winter and our supplies of our last Red IPA, Core Memory, dwindled, we knew it was time to brew the next iteration. After much deliberation, we settled on a recipe that builds on what we loved about our previous Reds, with a more significant focus on Kiwi hops.
Random Access blends Riwaka CRYO, Mosaic, and Southern Cross hops with a smooth malt base and a spicy backbone from a moderate addition of rye.
The result is a Red IPA layered with notes of orange, lemon, toffee, and spice: the perfect hop-forward beer for a cool winter day.

From a 440ml can on 29/7/2026. Pours a slightly opaque reddy amber with a small head. The nose features light fruit, toast and spice. Tastes of orange marmalade, toast, spice and a touch of caramel. Finishes with a moderate to firm bitterness, with some hints of resin and pine. Fullish body with moderate carbonation. Really clean and nicely balanced. They are really nailing these reds as well.
