Bottle at a ChrisO tasting - London. Vintage 2010. Pours clear, very pale yellow with a faint, bubbly film. Sweet, ripe apple nose. Light to medium sweet flavor, pretty dank, lightly dry, with tart apples. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish with mild dryness, some tart apples and moderate dankness. Pretty alright.

Bottle 500ml. [ Vintage 2010 ]. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, dry apples, wood. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, apples, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20120506]

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is apples, mild earthy and yeasty notes with some slight vanillaish notes. Flavour is vanilla, apples, some quite dry notes as well. Pleasantly balanced.
