Refreshingly crisp and clean, this cherry sour features New York-grown Montmorency cherries. Pouring a vibrant cherry red with a blushy rose-tinted head, it smells like a freshly-picked cherry and has a nice semi-tart finish that is refreshing without being puckering. NZ-grown Motueka hops add a layer of lemon lime zest in the finish.

On tap at Tip Tap Room, pours a hazy amber red with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of lactic acid, subdued cherries, and some wheaty notes. Flavour is full of lacto, with moderate acidity, tart cherries, and wheaty notes. Too much lacto here and too acidic. It’s not the usual crappy kettle sour but it’s not a peak fruited sour either.
