New Traditions is an ode to old world cider varieties done with a new world twist. We source French and English cider varieties, grown in Southwestern Ontario that are full of character and tannins and ferment them to allow those varieties to flourish. Each year, our blend is slightly altered to allow for a unique experience in your glass. New Traditions is a balance of earthiness and beautiful bouquets with a balanced acidity and a long finish. This is definitely one to try. But don't take our word for it, our 2021 New Traditions took home a gold medal at GLINTCAP, an international cider competition including a Best in Class (top 3 in the world in its category)!
