Heeman's is known for our delicious strawberry milkshakes, so it's only natural that this iconic treat served as inspiration for what we're sure will be one of the most popular meads we've ever made. We captured the summer fresh flavour of Heeman's famous strawberries and blended them with our local honey mead base. To develop the soft creaminess on the palette, we added lactose* post fermentation and a star was born.
