Celebrating These Hills, our festival of world-class beer, this DIPA was brewed Brasserie du Bas-Canada. Built on Bestmalz light pilsner malt and fermented with Haze Heaven from WHC, it’s been lavishly hopped with our hand-selected Citra and Mosaic from Yakima Chief, alongside Riwaka and Nectaron. A soft, saturated haze bomb bursting with mango pulp, crushed citrus, passion fruit, pineapple candy and white peach, with a bright lime-zest snap.

On tap at The Blue Maid, Borough. Nice nose of pineapple, mango, papaya, grapefruit, peach, passionfruit. Taste is an exceedingly flavoursome mix of the above. Rich punchy fruity with a light bitter twist. Very nice.
