Every surfer starts out as a kook. We’ve all been there.
Golden, bright, dry and built around a clean, assertive bitterness. A West Coast IPA with massive hop aroma and dangerously easy drinkability.
A base of Extra Pale, Dextrin and Crystal malts with flaked rice keeps the body light and the finish crisp. Mosaic and Idaho 7 lay the foundation in the whirlpool, while HBC 522, HBC 638 and Simcoe Cryo take over in the dry hop, layering notes of tangerine zest, fresh pine and resin.

Kook Town is an absolute tangerine bomb of a West Coast IPA. Big juicy citrus hits straight away, followed by that classic West Coast kick of piney hops and a proper grapefruit bitterness. Crisp, dry and refreshingly sharp, with just enough bitterness to remind you this isn’t some soft, fluffy juice bomb. Bright, punchy and dangerously smashable. Tangerine-tastic.

Cerveceria Europa, Sevilla, perfect with
azeitunas, good west coast ipa, a way to
brew that I love it. Cereals, dry, mineral,
