7.4/10 โ€” Appearance 7 Aroma 7 Flavor 7 Texture 8 Overall 8
On tap at Idle Hands, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice doughy malt base, gentle spice, and thankfully no bubblegumy esters. Flavour is dry and not estery at all, with a nice spicy Belgian yeast expression, doughy malt, and dry biscuity malt. They used the Belgian yeast admirable, unlike 99% of North American breweries. Basically bone dry, nice spice character; could use a little more aggressive carb but thatโ€™s a minor gripe. Very good.
