Our classic example of an American pale ale. Table Rock is a balancing act between malt and hops. Not too hoppy and not too rich. A mild copper body carries the flavor and aroma of American hops.

Amber with a creamy, off-white head. Aroma of apricot jam and caramel. Taste is bittersweet with the bitterness taking the slight upper hand, particularly at the finish. Medium-bodied, dry, balanced carbonation. Decent.

Hazy pale amber colour, good frothy white to off-white head, half-way lasting, patchy lacing. Aroma toasted malt, caramel, light lemon, resin notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, burnt caramel, piney, orange peel. Very malty bittersweet aftertaste, burnt caramel, pine resin, earthy notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, very malty APA, could use more hop presence, nice.

Recht malzig in Nase und Trunk, erdig, bitter, mir fehlt hier definitiv die Frucht, oder die Süße, um die doch recht heftigen Bitternoten zu überdecken.

Location: Draft at Amos Howard, 1/4/15

Aroma: Light hops, grainy malts, with some stale notes, and a bit of earth.
Appearance: It pours a clear orange color, with an off white head, and some medium lace.
Flavor: The flavor is pretty much just like the aroma, less stale, and it leans bitter.
Palate: Medium bodied, with an okay feel, a hint off though, with plus carbonation, light dry finish.
Overall Impression: I thought this was drinkable. There's too much carbonation though. It is not bad, but it is not good either.

On tap @ Olde Hickory. Pours a slightly dark orange appearance with a white head. Floral, orange cleanser, soapy aroma. High bitterness and pretty high carbonation. Soapy hops. Citrus. Light caramel. Bitter finish. I wouldn’t want to get a pint of this.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours clear, honey-gold with a creamy topping. Floral and piney hops on the nose, perhaps some ripe citrus. Light-medium sweet flavor, moderately dank with bitter pine, sticky citrus, earth, rind. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Resinous finish with lingering bitter grass and pine. Perhaps a touch overly bitter.
