Our classic example of an American pale ale. Table Rock is a balancing act between malt and hops. Not too hoppy and not too rich. A mild copper body carries the flavor and aroma of American hops.

A golden amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice British hops with light peppery notes. In mouth, a classic APA with nice bittering British hops, light grapefruits, well balanced. On tap at Great North Carolina Brewers Fest., August 28 2010.

22 ounce bottle from Bestway in Greenboro, NC. I also purchased on at Bruisin Ales. Pours a hazy copper color with a thin head. Decent head retention and lacing. The aroma is very faint with notes of leafy hops and pale malts. Taste is leafy, citrus hops with a caramel backbone. Some lingering bitterness. Medium bodied.

Mini Keg courtesy of Degarth. Pours crystal clear light copper with mildly frothy tan head and some cobweb lacing. Nice malty aroma with layers of bread and butter, light roasted malts and some vague hoppiness. The taste is just as malty as the nose with up front roasty caramel and crystal malts. It quickly moves into the butterscotch and buttered bread arena as pine and citrus hop bitterness well up and make a solid appearance. Very tasty.

Slightly hazy golden coloured body with orange highlights and a dense off-white head. Aroma of nice high alpha-acid hops with some grapefruit tartness and a plentiful malt background. Medium-bodied; Good strong hoppiness in the taste with a strong alcohol kick with a strong malt backbone. Aftertaste shows the hop character lasting long with a good hop bitterness. Malt & alcoholic character goes a long was as well in extending the taste. Overall, a nice beer to be able to sample and a fine example of an APA! I sampled this pint on draught at the Beer Sellar in Knoxville, Tennessee on 02-October-2004.
