West coast IPA for Invicta Brewing Project.
Bringing the beautiful sunny West Coast shores of America to your glass but with English hops. We have used a ton of 25 crop Ernest grown in Kent more than double the hops we would usually use for a batch of beer, it has a really rich gooseberry slightly Passionfruit nose, we have almost tripled the amount of hops used for bittering to give that bitter bite you expect from a West Coast IPA to help balance the slightly dryer finish compared to our regular beers. Brewed at Wantsum with Kent Brewery learning some new hopping techniques, we are sure you’re going to love this beer!
