Eight years, eight of our favourite adjuncts. Brewed to celebrate Vault City’s 8th birthday (carrying the torch from 2025’s 7 Years Sour), this decadent dessert beer brings together a bold medley of cherry, blackberry, banana and pear, layered with cinnamon, vanilla, vegan white chocolate, and maple syrup.
We’ve thrown a lot into our beers over the years (sometimes quite literally), but for this one we wanted to shine a light on some of the additions that have defined our journey so far. A proper birthday treat.

Tap @ Væskebalancen Bar, Aarhus. Hazy purple with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, cherry, banana, cinnamon, maple syrup and light tart. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. Oily and soft. 230826

440ml can. Pours hazy deep purple with a medium head. Aroma is sour pwar, cherry and cinnamon. A little white chocol and maple syrup. Taste has sour blackberry, cherry and pear through. A little cinnamon and apple pie on the aftertaste.
