Everybody needs someone. Everybody needs some light, refreshing witbier. Everyone needs an Eden.
Eden is our new take on the classic Belgian white ale. A simple grist of pilsen malt, wheat, and oats. A complex brew process. A pure expression of yeast, derived from the progenitor of the style as we know it today. Delicately accented with orange peel, coriander, and Czech Saaz.
This subtle 4.4% beer marks the starting point of a Belgian tetralogy, each entry exploring the yeast in a different context, each named for a song from Talk Talk’s 1988 classic Spirit of Eden.
A gilded wreath we present to you.

Light coriander and peel. Pours murky yellow without much head--might be near the end of the keg as other photos seem clearer. More on the herbal side. Slightly bitter end. Tap at brewery.
