A fruit-forward New Zealand Pale Ale showcasing the unique character of Southern Hemisphere hops. Brewed with a base of Ale malt and layered with Caramalt, oats, and wheat flakes for a soft, full mouthfeel and gentle haze. Kohatu, Motueka, Wakatu, and Wai-iti hops deliver vibrant notes of lime, stone fruit, and fresh herbs, elevated by a delicate infusion of fresh lime zest. Balanced bitterness keeps it refreshing and highly drinkable.

On tap at Mabel’s tavern whilst waiting to pick up Audrey from last day of Acting Camp. Fun afternoon doing the boat tour/lunch with Nichole on the Thames and then Mudlarking. Sad that our two weeks are coming to an end.
