Sampled on draft at the brewpub. Pours a very pale white color with a medium head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of coriander, other spices and bready notes. Taste is caramel, bread, coriander, floral notes, nutmeg, apple. Medium bodied and highly carbonated. This is a tasty witbier.
