Bottle pour at Sap House NoCo, pours a beautiful clear rosé. Aroma has gentle peppercorns, some tart cherries, and fermented out honey. Flavour is lush, with gentle cherries, wildflower honey, a touch of peppercorns, and light barrel. Richly flavoured without being brutal or too thick. Impressively designed. Excellent.
