We brewed an imperial stout, sat it in Four Roses bourbon barrels for 18 months before blending with lashings of vanilla ice cream giving a real 'Irish Cream Liqueur' vibes.

Pours like chocolate milkshake with no head. Lots of chocolate, vanilla, coconut notes, nice little boozy hit. Really think and rich. Delicious and dangerously drinkable.
