Bottle shared thanks to Thibaut and Pierre. Hazy pale golden with big white head. Lots of citrus hops, pineapple, oats, dry wheat. Light sweet, a bit more bitter and very soft sour. Medium bodied, a little dry. Nice to see Simcoe hops showcased.
