The Tin Man’s Heart - 4.8% British-Style Pale Ale. Brewed with Golden Promise malt, hopped with Bramling Cross and Harlequin, and fermented with our toppiest cropper British ale yeast. This one has the classic pubber vibes, with notes of being able to just finally sit down, golden Twizlers, oak cooperage, lemon poppyseed scones, blackberry barley tea, and some homemade meringues.

Can pours clear yellow with strong carbonation and a thin white head that quickly dissipates. Silky mouthfeel and slightly bready with a depth of hop flavors and a moderate persistant bitterness. Very nice!
