Ripe local pears take center stage, bringing bright orchard fruit and delicate sweetness balanced by warm Madagascar vanilla and the gentle spice of green cardamom. Layers of baked pear, soft caramel, and aromatic spice unfold across the palate before finishing smooth, fragrant, and elegantly dry. Familiar yet distinctive, it's a comforting mead with a refined, seasonal character.

On tap at Sap House NoCo, pours a clear golden. Nose has plenty of cardamom upfront, accentuated by the vanilla and a touch of pear. Flavour is fairly thin, with lots of pear, a touch of cardamom, and gentle vanilla. A bit thin but reasonably cohesive. Pleasant.
