Appearance: dark murky purple color with a finger and a half's worth of pink to off-white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet, tart and sour blueberries, some yeasty/semi-bready character and a super light note of lemon then a super light note of vanilla and lactose
Flavor: sweet, sour and tart mainly through the blueberries and yeast; finishes mostly just blueberries and yeast and a super light speck of vanilla
Texture: light to medium bodied; somewhat sessionable; good smoothness; the sour level seems restrained a bit due to the lactose; good carb level
Overall: very good blueberry sour ale I would return to.
