Bottle pour at Anoche, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is bone dry and funky, with tons of farmhouse funk, bone dry apple skins, and earthy mustiness. Flavour is bone dry and wonderfully funky, with tons of farmhouse funk, rustic notes, oak, and musty dry apple skins. Wonderfully constructed. Top-shelf cider.
