Mixed firm saison yeast blend, fermented in oak foeder for 15 months, conditioned on blueberries and blended with its counterpart, Gilded Petal. Mildly tart and dry with moderate funk and oaky accents, light phenols and notes of blueberries and chamomile.

Bottle from source: pours bright clear red with whitish head. Aroma is very much like a fruited herbal tea. Blueberry are there in their pure non-dessert form and the tea is probably more powerful of the two adjuncts. Taste is dry, a tad funky, very chamomile driven. Interesting if not really pleasant.
